大黑天財神咒 曩謨 三曼多 沒馱喃 唵 摩訶迦羅耶 娑婆訶 大黑天（梵文：Mahākāla，藏語：ནག་པོ་ཆེན་པོ།），
又意譯為大黑、大時、大黑神或大黑天神等，或者直接音譯為摩訶迦羅、莫訶哥羅、瑪哈嘎拉等名稱。
該神本是婆羅門教濕婆（即大自在天）的化身，後為佛教吸收而成為佛教的護法神，
特別是在密宗中大黑天是重要的護法神，是專治疾病之醫神與財富之神。
佛說摩訶迦羅大黑天神經 爾時如來告大眾言。今此大會中有大菩薩。名曰大福德自在圓滿菩薩。
此菩薩往昔成等正覺。號大摩尼珠王如來。今以自在業力故。來娑婆世界。顯大黑天神。是大菩薩大會中。
即起座合掌白佛言。我於一切貧窮無福眾生。為與大福德。今現優婆塞形。眷屬七母女天。三界游現。
欲與一切眾生福德。唯愿世尊為我說大福德圓滿陀羅尼。爾時世尊開貌含笑。
說咒曰︰ 曩謨三曼多 沒馱喃 唵 摩訶迦羅耶娑婆訶 爾時世尊。告大眾言。此天神咒。過去無量諸佛出世不說。
若未來惡世中。有諸貧窮人。聞此陀羅尼名者。當知是人。降大摩尼寶珠。涌出無量珍寶。
爾時大黑天神白佛言。若有末法中眾生持此咒者。我體若五尺。若三尺。若五寸。刻其形象。安置伽藍。若崇敬家內。
我遣七母女天眷屬。八萬四千人福德神。遊行十方。每日供養一千人。若我所說有虛妄者。永墮惡趣不還本覺。
若又以種種珍果美酒等供養者。將降甘露。時一切大眾。皆大歡喜。信受奉行。作禮而去。
The Buddha said that Mahakala has a great dark nerve Then Tathagata told the public.

I only hope that the World-Honored One will say that the Great Dharma completes Dharani for me.
Then the world-zun was smiling. Said the mantra: 曩Mo Sanmanduo No Tuan, 唵 Maha Kaluo Ye Suo You Shizun.
Tell the public. God curse this day. In the past, the immeasurable Buddhas were born. If the future is in a bad world.
There are poor people. Those who smell this Dharani name. Know that it is human. Drop the Mani Orb.
Infinite treasures gush out. Ershi Daheitian god Baifoyan. If there are people who hold this curse in the end of Dharma.
I am five feet tall. If three feet. If five inches. Engrave its image. Place Garan. If you respect the home.
I sent seven mothers and daughters to be relatives. Eighty-four thousand people have merit. Parade ten parties.
Support one thousand people every day. If I say there are false ones.
Eternal depravity does not return the original feeling. If you provide a variety of rare fruits and wine and other donors.
Will drop the nectar. All the people at the time. Everyone is happy. Believe and follow. Gave away.
